Ordering on-line is easy, simply select the jacket (etc.) and then choose from the selection the gender, length and size (where applicable) you require and then click the orange “Add to Trolley” button on the page. As long as all the selections have been chosen the orange button will glow and become active.
For your convenience, a 'My Trolley' icon is shown in the upper right part of each page. When you have finished shopping click on the “My Trolley” button and you will proceed to the checkout page. If you need to tell us anything about your order please use the notes section when you are placing the order.
At the checkout page you can alter your order if you need to add or remove anything, change a size or alter a quantity. When you are happy, you can proceed and make payment. If you are in a country outside the UK the VAT will automatically be deleted before you pay.
You can pay on-line using a credit card or a debit card and you must complete the payment form in full, providing all of the details and information required.
When you are happy just click the “confirm your order” button to confirm your order.
We will deal with your order and get your items to you as quickly as we can. We try to hold all items in stock so that we can deliver your order promptly. If an item is out of stock and has to be made, we will be in touch to let you know and to tell you when you can expect delivery of your goods.
Helmets and goggles will be delivered by Royal Mail/Parcel Force or by each country's principal postal service provider. For larger items such as jackets, a courier i.e. DHL will be used to deliver your order.
We can accept orders by phone, email or online. Our online service is very secure as we use a bank portal which has all the encryption security in place and no one sees the card details, and once payment is taken the card details are deleted.
We can even accept orders by post, but if you’d like to order this way contact us to request an order form, complete it and send it with your payment to the address shown on the form.
You are also welcome to place your order in person by visiting our premises at Weyhill when we are open. Please email to arrange your visit enquiries@flying-jacket.com, we’re open between 0900 and 1600 from Monday to Thursday and on Friday from 0900 to 1200. We are closed Bank Holidays and Weekends. Please note: we may not have any sizes to buy and take away, but you can usually try on a sample of one of the jackets. Irvin jackets can also be seen at the RAF Museum Hendon & Cosford (Shifnal) also at Flight Store in West Yorkshire. Please note: We do not know what stock the facilities keep so you should contact them direct.

Prices and VAT
Prices exclude UK VAT at 20%. This will only be added when shipping to countries where Value Added Tax is applicable.
