Designed by members of the Fleet Air Arm and approved for official use, the original FAA Flying Jacket is the real deal; tough, functional, and effortlessly stylish. Now, it's available to civilians, as a standout piece with authentic military roots.

The Fleet Air Arm is responsible for the operation of naval aircraft and currently operates the AugustaWestland Merlin, Westland Sea King and the AugustaWestland Wildcat helicopters and the BAE Hawk.

This FAA jacket is NOT for FAA personnel official uniform. FAA personnel may only wear the FAA jacket with with cold weather lining, fur collar and Velcro patch as part of their official uniform.

This jacket can also be purchased with a cold weather lining and sheepskin collar - see separate listing.

Please note once made this standard leather jacket cannot be retro fitted with a cold weather lining. This jacket doesn't have the Velcro patch.

If we have the correct size in stock it will be shipped within 7 working days. If we do not have your jacket we will let you know. Please bear in mind that each of our jackets is lovingly made by hand.
